The owners of Mill City Brew Werks are planning to increase the size of their business.

Mark Zech and Walt LeDoux expect an expansion will be completed in spring 2017.

The project will add a full bar, for ages 21 and older. After the expansion is completed, Mill City will continue to include a restaurant where children are welcome.

The restaurant, bar and brewery will be 10,000 square feet.

The 2,000 square feet of additional space is a former Edward Jones office. Financial Advisor Matt Justis has relocated to 415 N.E. Cedar St., Ste. A.

Mill City Brew Werks opened in June 2013 at 339 N.E. Cedar St. The name is intended to honor the heritage of Camas.

Washougal Brewing Co. LLC started in March 2012 with a two-barrel pilot system in Mark and Francisca Zechs’ garage.
