Ray Hickey Foundation provides pets for veterans and active duty service members

A Veterans Day weekend promotion, involving the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, has been extended through the end of November.
The Ray Hickey Foundation will pay the adoption and licensing fees for animals adopted by military veterans and active duty service members through Wednesday, Nov. 30. Military identification is required.
