Sale of Bank of America Financial Center is pending

Bank lease continues through Sept. 30, 2019

An investor is under contract to purchase the building at 528 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. The current lease with Bank of America as a tenant ends Sept. 30, 2019. True Insurance Inc. is another tenant in the 8,793-square-foot building.

The building that includes a Bank of America branch and True Insurance Inc. office in downtown Camas could soon be sold.

Mark Thygesen, with Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, said an investor is under contract to purchase the building at 528 N.E. Fourth Ave.
