News The Skamania County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Portland man in connection with the homicide that occurred at the Dougan Falls recreation area on Saturday.
Benjamin C. Serrato, 40, has been booked into the Skamania County jail on suspicion of first-degree murder. He was arrested Wednesday, just after noon.
