Noon Year’s Eve 2018 dance party for toddlers and preschools will be held Saturday, Dec. 30, at 11:30 a.m. Read to Cooper, the dog. Cooper will be at the library every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. Each session is 15 minutes long and advanced sign-up is required. The Simply Write: Critique Group meets every fourth Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m. Story Explorers, a new book discussion group for second- and third-graders and the student’s adult, meets every fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Sign up in the library. Club K3 is held on the third Wednesday of the month at 3 p.m. Page Turners, for fourth- through sixth-graders and parents, is held on the first Tuesday of the month, from September to May, at 6:30 p.m. It is located at Lacamas Lake Lodge, 277 N.E. Lake Road, Camas. The Any Book Club meets every fourth Monday at 4 p.m., now until May. Teen Zine Club is on the first Wednesday of the month, from 3 to 5 p.m. This is for students in grades 7 through 12. The Camas seniors group travels to the Red Wind Casino on the Nisqually Indian Reservation in Thurston County, Washington, on the third Monday of each month. Washougal Senior Center
The Washougal Senior Center provides coffee Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. through the 11:30 a.m. lunch, which is served by Meals on Wheels. On Monday, at 11 a.m., the center hosts a food bank, and at 1 p.m., a “hand and foot” clinic. On Monday and Wednesday, at 10 a.m., the center hosts an exercise class. On Friday, at 10 a.m., the class will be held in Camas. Billiards is played on Tuesday and Thursday, at 1 p.m. Music with Jeffree will be held on Tuesday and Music with Gabe is on Thursday, at 11 a.m. The watercolor class will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. On Wednesday, there will be an exercise class at 10 a.m., gift bingo at 11 a.m., and regular bingo at 1 p.m. On Thursday, the tai chi class (held in Camas) begins at 9:30 a.m. The center also hosts pinochle at 1 p.m. on Thursday.
Lost and Found Cafe
