Update: Schools closed in Washougal and Camas on Monday

Icy streets create hazardous travel conditions

The Washougal and Camas school districts have announced that school will be closed on Monday, Jan. 9.

The closure is due to inclement weather and unsafe driving conditions, after snow fell on Saturday, and an ice storm with freezing rain hit the area on Sunday.
