A Camas man has been arrested for commercial sexual solicitation and sex abuse in the third degree after the Portland Police Bureau’s Sex Trafficking Unit conducted undercover missions to address online sex trafficking in late spring.
Michael James Biegalke, 64, from Camas was arrested along with 18 other men who contacted undercover police officers to arrange payment for sexual acts through known sex trafficking websites.
In April 2007, Biegalke was arrested on similar charges in Multnomah County, Oregon, and was convicted and discharged in June 2007, according to the Oregon Judicial Department.
