Tammy Rachell (Williams) Harrison
June 30, 1967 ~ June 22, 2018

Tammy Rachell (Williams) Harrison, commonly known as “Dukes,” passed away peacefully in her home with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Felicia, near her on June 22 from complications due to cancer.

She was born on June 30, 1967, in Vancouver, Washington, at Memorial Hospital to Alfred and Elaine Williams. She grew up in her parents’ home that Alfred built from the ground up in Camas, where she also graduated high school.

Tammy never did anything without all of her heart. She showed unconditional love for animals and most of Tammy’s life revolved around them and her greatest love, horses. Tammy grew up with a firing passion to work with her equine companions and throughout her life she broke, trained, and rodeoed. She spent time as the Twin City Saddle Club queen and even won the Portland Rose Festival equine division. Her experiences later helped her with her daughter as a rodeo queen.

Tammy volunteered for many years with 4-H helping a number of boys and girls with their horses. She continued that by coaching the Washougal High School Gaming team for five years. Where her family grew from one child to many. Her very generous heart and caring personality will be missed.

Tammy’s parents preceded her in death, as well as her eldest brother, David. She is survived by her best friend and daughter, Felicia (Fee) Harrison, husband, Scott, brothers, Rod, Randy, and Ricky, sister, Terri, and many nieces and nephews, and her horse, Bingo.

No services are going to be held, but a celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Tammy’s family just asks that you continue to remember her for the beautiful, loving woman she was.
