Jean Marie Mansfield Nagel
Feb. 24, 1937~June 23, 2018

Jean Marie Mansfield Nagel died June 23, 2018, in her Washougal home. She was 81. She was born in Camas on Feb. 24, 1937. She lived her whole life in the Camas-Washougal area, and graduated from Camas High School in 1955.

Jean retired from the Washougal School District after 18 years. She was a member of Gateway Community Church in Washougal. She was also a 4-H leader and a member of the Clark County Saddle Club.

Family meant everything to her. Jean was an amazing mother and grandmother. She was a giver of hopes and dreams, a woman of strength and courage. She was also a caretaker for her son.

Jean is survived by daughters, Janice MacArthur and Mary Williams; sons, Gary Hamblen and Kenny Hamblen; sister-in-law, Susie Hamblen Cox; four grandchildren, Clint MacArthur, Dustin Miller, Rachel Williams and David
MacArthur; five great-grandchildren, David, Kaydence, Tyson, Radley and Kipley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion “Snix” Mansfield and Eleanor Edith Hockinson Mansfield.

Gina L. Farah

Gina Lyn Farah died on May 25, 2018. She was 52.

A memorial service honoring and celebrating Gina’s life will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, June 29, at The Church of The Good Shepherd, 805 S.E. Ellsworth Road, Vancouver.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Montessori School at The Church of The Good Shepherd or to the Susan G. Komen organization at komen.org/Donate/Donate.html.

Doris ‘Dolly’ Jendro

Washougal resident Doris Ione “Dolly” Ochs Jendro died June 18, 2018, in Camas. She was 87.

A memorial service will be held at Bethel Community Church, 1438 B St., in Washougal, on Tuesday, July 3, at 1 p.m., with Pastor Richard Blum officiating. The family will hold a private internment in the Washougal Cemetery. Straub’s Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Carl E. Junkman

Carl Eugene Junkman died in his Camas home on Friday, June 15, 2018. He was 89.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 28, at Camas United Methodist Church, 706 N.E. 14th Ave., Camas.

Helen ‘Betty’ Bulkley

Helen “Betty” Bulkley died on Monday, June 25, 2018, in Washougal. She was 87.

Betty was born on Oct. 7, 1930, in Tacoma, Washington. Services are pending, and a complete obituary will appear in next week’s Post-Record.
