Hinrichs, a former longtime resident of Washougal, died Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, in hospice care in Vancouver. He was 91. A private family memorial was held in accordance with his wishes. He was 86. Mount Scott Blvd., Portland, Oregon. Lillian A. Sapp Lillian Ann Sapp (Wenthin) of Vancouver died on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018. She was 80. Funeral services will be held at Straub’s Funeral Home, 325 N.E.
