Camas police seek help locating runaway teen

The Camas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a runaway juvenile, Felicity A. Vandel, 17.

She ran away from a foster home in Camas, at around midnight, Jan. 27, and was reportedly taken to the downtown Vancouver area and dropped off.

Subsequent investigation revealed Vandel had been staying with family in the Vader, Washington, area between Feb. 11 and 16. Her family was not aware of her runaway status.

Vandel was reportedly dropped off in Kelso, by a family friend. She grew up in Kelso and has various ties to the area.

Vandel is described as a white female, who is five feet, one inch tall and weighs 105 pounds. She was last known to have rainbow colored hair, and two piercings on her lower lip.
