Looking for a few Easter-themed egg hunts in Camas and Washougal? We have you covered. Following are three upcoming, “EGG-stra” special events for local families:

‘EGGstravaganza’ in downtown Washougal

Wednesday, March 28, from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St., Washougal

Children in the fifth grade and younger are invited to search for Easter eggs, filled with treats and toys, among hay bales. Bring a basket or bag.

There will be cotton candy, photos with the Easter Bunny, music and activities for youngsters. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The event sponsors are iQ Credit Union, the City of Washougal and the Downtown Washougal Association.

Eagles to host egg hunt at Hathaway Park

Saturday, March 31, at 1 p.m.

Hathaway Park, 732 25th St., Washougal

Children, up to the age of 12, will be divided into age groups to search for Easter eggs and claim candy and other prizes. Bring an Easter basket to fill.

The annual event, organized by the Washougal Eagles Aerie & Auxiliary 4390, is supported by area businesses and private donations.

Camas Easter Day hunt

Sunday, April 1, at 1:30 p.m.

Crown Park, 120 N.E. 17th Ave., Camas

Children, up to the age of 12, can search for candy- and prize-filled eggs. Participants should bring a basket or bag to hold their collection.

The Easter Bunny will be at Scout Hall, in the park, for photographs.

An Easter bonnet and contemporary hat contest will take place immediately after the egg hunt. Prizes and ribbons will be awarded to participants.

Sponsors and contributors of the Camas Parks and Recreation event include Camas-Washougal Grocery Outlet, Columbia Gorge Women’s Association, Soroptimist International of Camas-Washougal, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4278 and Auxiliary and Winco.
