Linda L. (Whitten) Briggs

Linda Lucilee (Whitten) Briggs died Oct. 27, 2018, in Roosevelt, Washington. She was 66. Linda was born Sept. 7, 1952, in Pasco, Washington.

A 12-year resident of Camas-Washougal, she was a retired truck driver. Linda was treasurer and a volunteer firefighter for the City of Roosevelt. She was a member of the American Legion, American Ladies Auxiliary. and Sons and Daughters of the American Legion in Goldendale, Washington. Linda loved hunting, fishing and camping.

Linda is survived by husband, Wayne Briggs; mother, Barbara Whitten; brothers, Charles, Ronald, Edward and Richard Whitten; sister, Adella Whitten; sons, Brady (Jessica) Riggs Jr., Jim (Lisa) A. Riggs, Richard (Mica) Briggs; stepson, Doug (Holly) Briggs; stepdaughter, Deborah Briggs; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at her home in Roosevelt on Nov. 1. Memorial donations may be made to the Klickitat County Fire Department.

Joy L. Williams

Joy Lynn Williams, of Camas, died Oct. 27, 2018, after a short illness. She was 62.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, at Camas Friends Church, 1004 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, with a reception immediately following.

Daniel L. ‘Dan’ King

Camas resident Daniel Lee “Dan” King died Oct. 22, 2018, in Camas. He was 38.

A celebration of life was held in Daniel’s honor on Oct. 31, at the Lacamas Lake Lodge in Camas. Straub’s Funeral Home handled funeral arrangements. Memorial donations to the American Heart & Stroke Association may be made online at heart.org, or mailed to P.O. Box 742030, Los Angeles, CA 90074-2030.

Eric J. Heath

Eric John Heath died Oct. 16, 2018, in Cougar, Washington. He was 47.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 4, at Camas Friends Church, 1004 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas.

Donald J. Roach

Donald J. Roach died Oct. 23, 2018, at his Camas home. He was 83.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 5, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 324 N.E. Oak St., Camas. Arrangements are in the care of Brown’s Funeral Home.
