Johna Dugan was a runaway, is reunited with her father

(Contributed photo) Johna Dugan, 16, of Camas, had been missing since the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 7, but was found walking in East Vancouver, that evening.

A previously missing female teen from Camas has been found in East Vancouver after she ran away from home.

The Vancouver Police Department was dispatched at 7:11 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, to Walmart, 430 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver, after someone saw Johna Dugan, 16, at that location.
