A previously missing female teen from Camas has been found in East Vancouver after she ran away from home.

The Vancouver Police Department was dispatched at 7:11 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, to Walmart, 430 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver, after someone saw Johna Dugan, 16, at that location.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Tim Bieber said a Vancouver police officer located Dugan a short time later walking in the 1100 block of Northeast 192nd Avenue. Dugan has been safely reunited with her father.

Before she was located Wednesday night, Dugan had been last seen at approximately 1 a.m., that same day, at her home.
