David Q. O’Brien

David Quinn O’Brien, of Washougal, died Nov. 20, 2018. He was 58.

A celebration of David’s life will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 30, at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 2350 Main St. in Washougal. Private burial will take place at Washougal Memorial Cemetery.

Bettie L. Brock

Bettie Louise Brock, of Vancouver, died on Nov. 26, 2018. She was 95.

Memorials may be made to PeaceHealth Hospice in Bettie’s name.

Douglas E. Nelson

Douglas Edward Nelson died unexpectedly in his Camas home on Nov. 20, 2018, from complications from non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He was 67.

A memorial service is being planned for Doug’s birthday in the spring. The family requests any donations be made in Doug’s name to the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society where he was an avid supporter.

Donald A. Parker

Donald Allen Parker, of Washougal, died Nov. 17, 2018. He was 55.

Carol J. Meyer

Carol Jeanette Meyer, of Vancouver, died Nov. 25, 2018. She was 95.
