Beverly Patricia “Buff” Toolson, of Camas, died Oct. 5, 2018. She was 97.

Jacqueline “Jackie” Annette Strobeck of Vancouver, died Oct. 4, 2018, after a two-year battle with acute myeloid leukemia. She was 82.

Clarence “Chuck” Esser died Oct. 6, 2018, in Spokane Valley, Washington. He was 90.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Good Samaritan Community Center, 17121 E. Eighth Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99016.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to a local veterans’ organization or to a local no-kill animal shelter or animal rescue.
