Washougal City Council: The council will hold a workshop Monday, April 8, at 5 p.m., followed by a regular meeting at 7 p.m., in Washougal City Hall, 1701 “C” St.

C-Tran: The board will meet Tuesday, April 9, at 5:30 p.m., in the Columbia Room at Vancouver Library, 901 “C” St., Vancouver.

Washougal Community Library: Baby and toddler storytime, for children ages birth to 36 months, will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 5. Next Chapter of Life: Alzheimer’s Awareness class will meet Tuesday, April 9, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Preschool story, for children ages 3 to 6, will be Wednesday, April 10, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Build It! will meet Wednesday, April 10, from 3 to 4 p.m. The book group, Books and Brews, for adults, will meet Thursday, April 11, from 6 to 7 p.m., at 54?40′ Brewing Company, 3801 S. SENIOR CITIZENS

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Camas Senior Center: The Camas seniors’ monthly casino trip will be held Monday, April 15. The seniors will go to Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, Washington. The cost is $5. For reservations or more information, call LaRhea Steele at 360-904-4274.

Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank at 11 a.m., Mondays. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Community Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday. CLASS REUNIONS

Washougal High School Class of 1999: The class will hold its 20-year reunion June 21-23. Events include a meet and greet on Friday, a reunion dinner on Saturday and a family picnic on Sunday. Lost and Found Cafe: Meals are served to the community at 6 p.m., each Thursday, at the Zion Lutheran Church social hall, 824 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. Volunteer cooks are needed. ART GALLERIES AND MUSEUMS

Second Story Gallery: For the month of April, the photography of Dale Larson will be featured. The gallery, located on the second floor of the Camas Public Library, is open during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Art on the Boulevard: Beginning April 5, “Four Seasons” will be featured. This is a group show from four artists who work in different mediums and their work focuses on the Four Seasons. Clark County Small Acreage Expo: The 14th annual expo will be Saturday, April 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., at Heritage Farm 1919 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver. Clark-Skamania Flyfishers: The 23rd annual beginning fly fishing school will be held Saturday, April 27. Watercolorists group: The watercolor group meets every Tuesday from 1:30 to 3 p.m., at the Washougal Community Center, 1681 “C” St. This is not an instructed class, however, there is a group critique at the end of the session. All are welcome. The group invites all water media artists to a workshop with Ruth Armitage April 22-25 in the Columbia Room at Springhill Suites by Marriott, 1421 S.E. Tech Center Drive, Vancouver.
