PUBLIC MEETINGS

Camas City Council: The council will hold a workshop Monday, April 15, at 4:30 p.m., followed by a regular meeting at 7 pm., at Camas City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave.

East County Fire & Rescue: The commission will meet Tuesday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m., at Station 91, 600 N.E. 267th Ave., Camas. There will be a special board meeting Wednesday, April 17, at 6 p.m., at Station 91 for policy review.

Camas Planning Commission: The commission will meet Tuesday, April 16, at 7 p.m., at Camas City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave.

LIBRARY PROGRAMS

Camas Public Library: Preschool Storytime will be held Friday, April 12, and Tuesday, April 16, at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Korean Storytime will be held Monday, April 15, at 10:15 a.m. Tiny Tots Storytime will be held Wednesday, April 17, at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. AARP tax help is available Wednesday, April 17, from noon to 4 p.m. Baby Storytime will be held Thursday, April 18, at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. The LEGO Club will meet Thursday, April 18, from 4 to 5 p.m., in meeting room B. Washougal Community Library: Baby and toddler storytime, for children ages birth to 36 months, will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 12. Friday games will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Friday, April 12. SENIOR CITIZENS

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Camas Senior Center: The Camas seniors’ monthly casino trip will be held Monday, April 15. The seniors will go to Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, Washington. The cost is $5. For reservations or more information, call LaRhea Steele at 360-904-4274.

Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank at 11 a.m., Mondays. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Community Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday. CLASS REUNIONS

Washougal High School Class of 1999: The class will hold its 20-year reunion June 21-23. Events include a meet and greet on Friday, a reunion dinner on Saturday and a family picnic on Sunday. VOLUNTEERS

Lost and Found Cafe: Meals are served to the community at 6 p.m., each Thursday, at the Zion Lutheran Church social hall, 824 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. Volunteer cooks are needed. For more information, call Inter-Faith Treasure House Executive Director Nancy Wilson at 360-834-4181.

ART GALLERIES AND MUSEUMS

Second Story Gallery: For the month of April, the photography of Dale Larson will be featured. Art on the Boulevard: Beginning April 5, “Four Seasons” will be featured. This is a group show from four artists who work in different mediums and focus on the Four Seasons. Clark-Skamania Flyfishers: The flyfishers will meet Wednesday, April 15, at Camas Meadows, 4105 N.W. The 23rd annual beginning flyfishing school will be held Saturday, April 27. Watercolorists group: The watercolor group meets every Tuesday from 1:30 to 3 p.m., at the Washougal Community Center, 1681 “C” St. This is not an instructed class, however, there is a group critique at the end of the session. All are welcome. The group invites all water media artists to a workshop with Ruth Armitage April 22-25 in the Columbia Room at Springhill Suites by Marriott, 1421 S.E. Tech Center Drive, Vancouver.
