Camas Public Library: Preschool Storytime for children ages 3 to 5 years will be held at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., Friday, Aug. 17, and Tuesday, Aug. 20. Slavic storytime (in Russian and Ukrainian) will begin at 10:15 a.m., Monday, Aug. 19. Korean storytime will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19. SENIOR CITIZENS

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Camas Senior Center: The center is planning its annual trip to Long Beach, Washington, for the annual kite festival. The group will depart on a bus at 8:30 a.m., from the back lot of the Pendleton Woolen Mill, in Washougal. The cost is $5 and will be collected on the bus. Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank at 11 a.m., Mondays. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Community Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday. ART GALLERIES AND MUSEUMS

Attic Gallery: The gallery is showcasing “Double Vision: A Two Person Show” featuring encaustic paintings by Sheary Clough Suiter and mixed media paintings by Nard Claar, throughout the month of August. The gallery is located at 408 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. For more information, call 360-817-2415.

Watercolorists group: The watercolor group meets from 1:30 to 3 p.m., every Tuesday, at the Washougal Community Center, 1681 “C” St. This is not an instructed class; however, there is a group critique at the end of the session. All are welcome.

VOLUNTEERS
