The event, which was moved to the park from Reflection Plaza, featured performances by Portland band Bilge Rats & Pyrettes and Portland-based Circus Luminescence, children's activities, games, vendors, food, a beer garden, dog agility demonstrations, dance lessons, combat demonstrations and more.
