Mount Pleasant School District: The board will meet Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 9 a.m., at Mount Pleasant School, 152 Marble Road, Washougal.

Camas City Council: The council will hold a workshop Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 4:30 p.m., followed by a regular meeting at 7 p.m., at Camas City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave.

Camas Planning Commission: The commission is holding a special meeting Wednesday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m., in council chambers at Camas City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave.

LIBRARY PROGRAMS

Camas Public Library: Simply Write, a writers’ support group, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 14. The vegan meetup for adults is Saturday, Feb. 23, at 11:30 a.m. The All Ages Book Swap is Saturday, Feb. 23, from 3 to 5 p.m. Leap into Science meets Monday, Feb. 25, at 10:30 a.m. Space is limited, register early. SENIOR CITIZENS

Seniors And Law Enforcement Together: SALT will have a spaghetti luncheon on Monday, Feb. 18, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Liberty Middle School cafeteria, 1612 N.E. Garfield St., Camas. Doors open at 10:15 a.m. Lunch is free and for seniors only.

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank on Mondays at 11 a.m. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday. Second Story Gallery: The Southwest Washington Watercolor Society has 24 artists showing art with the theme, “From the Heart.” through March 30, at the Second Story Gallery.
