PUBLIC MEETINGS

Camas School District: The Camas school board will meet at 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 24, at the Camas School District office, 841 N.E. 22nd Ave., Camas.

Washougal City Council: The Council will hold a workshop at 5 p.m., Monday, June 24, followed by a regular meeting at 7 p.m., at Washougal City Hall, 1701 “C” St., Washougal.

Friends of Washougal Community Library: The Friends will hold its regular meeting from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, at the Washougal Community Library, 1661 “C” St., Washougal.

Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (SALT): The eastside SALT group will meet at 11 a.m., Monday, June 24, at the Camas Police Department, 2100 N.E. Third St., Camas. This month’s topic is protecting and advocating for vulnerable adults and will feature guest speaker Lisa Rasmussen of Southwest Washington Elder Abuse Prevention.

LIBRARY PROGRAMS

Camas Public Library: Preschool Storytime for children ages 3 to 5 years will be held at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., Friday, June 21, and Tuesday, June 25. Slavic storytime (in Russian and Ukrainian) will begin at 10:15 a.m., Monday, June 24. Korean storytime will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, June 24. The English Conversation Group will meet at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 25. Tiny Tots Storytime will be held at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 26. Baby Storytime will be held at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., Thursday, June 27. Washougal Community Library: Family storytime, for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and children will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Friday, June 21. Saturday Games for teens, families with younger children and adults who want to play card and board games at the library, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 22. Craft and Play, an all-ages time for creative projects and games, will be held from 2 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, June 25. Golly-ology with Rhys Thomas, a former Smithsonian artist-in-residence who takes juggling beyond physics to explore archaeology, chemistry, mathematics and other sciences, will be held from 2 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, June 26. SENIOR CITIZENS

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Camas Senior Center: The Camas seniors’ monthly casino trip will be Monday, June 17. The seniors will travel to Lucky Eagle casino in Rochester, Washington. The cost is $5. For reservations or more information, call LaRhea Steele at 360-904-4274.

Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank at 11 a.m., Mondays. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Community Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday. CLASS REUNIONS

Washougal High School class of 1999: The class will hold its 20th class reunion Friday through Sunday, June 21-23. Events include a meet-and-greet event on Friday, June 21; a reunion dinner on Saturday, June 22; and a family picnic on Sunday, June 23. The committee is looking for members who do not have social media or do not check social media often. Camas High School class of 1969: The class will hold its 50th class reunion from 5:30 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21, at a Beer at a Time, 216 N.E. Third Ave., Camas. Cost is $5.
