PUBLIC MEETINGS

Camas City Council: The Council will hold a workshop at 4:30 p.m. and regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, March 2, at Camas City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. For more information, contact the City Clerk’s office at 360-817-1591, or visit cityofcamas.us.

Port of Camas-Washougal: The Port’s Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, in the Port Meeting Room, 24 S. “A” St., Washougal. 

ART GALLERIES AND MUSEUMS

Second Story Gallery: The gallery, located on the second floor of the Camas Public Library at 625 N.E. Fourth Ave., in downtown Camas, will present the nature photography of artist Karen Stuwe through February. The “Reflections of the Pacific Northwest” show features scenes ranging from crashing waves to wildflower-filled meadows. The show continues through Saturday, Feb. 29 during regular library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. LIBRARY PROGRAMS

Camas Public Library: Baby Storytime will be held at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27. Preschool Storytime for children ages 3 to 5 years will be held at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, and at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 3. Korean Storytime will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 2. Tiny Tots Storytime will be held at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 4. Washougal Community Library: Preschool Storytime for ages 3 to 6 will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27. Toddler Storytime for ages 18 to 36 months will meet from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28. Baby Storytime for ages 0 to 18 months will be held from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 4. CLUBS AND GROUPS

Community Garden Club of Camas-Washougal: The group meets at 1 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Camas Community Center, 1718 S.E. Seventh St., Camas. For more information, call 360-834-3003 or visit gardenclubofcamaswashougal.org.

General Federation of Women’s Clubs Camas-Washougal: The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m., at the Camas Police Department, 2100 N.E. Third Ave., Camas. 

Camas Group Recovery: The group meets from 8 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 7 to 8 p.m. on Sundays, at Camas Friends Church, 1004 N.E. Ione St.

Watercolorists group: The watercolor group meets from 1:30 to 3 p.m. every Tuesday, at the Washougal Community Center, 1681 “C” St. This is not an instructed class; however, there is a group critique at the end of the session. All are welcome.

SENIOR CITIZENS

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by the Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank at 11 a.m. on Mondays. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Community Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday. CLASSES

Camas Parks and Recreation Winter Classes: Camas Parks and Recreation offers several winter classes, including yoga classes, fitness camps, tai chi, kung fu for teens and adults, and Weight Watchers. Lacamas Athletic Club: On the first Friday of each month, non-members can visit Lacamas Athletic Club, 2950 N.W. 38th Ave., Camas, free of charge. The gym offers classes, a cardio room and a weight room. For more information, call Karen at 360-834-8506.

VOLUNTEERS

Lost and Found Cafe: Meals are served to the community at 6 p.m. each Thursday, at the Zion Lutheran Church social hall, 824 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. Volunteer cooks are needed. For more information, call Inter-Faith Treasure House Executive Director Nancy Wilson at 360-834-4181.
