The Camas School District is inviting members of the public to join a remote town hall from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 4.

Camas schools superintendent Jeff Snell will share what is happening at the state education level with regard to school operations in the fall.

“As you are well aware, school has changed rapidly and dramatically since March 13,” Snell stated in the district’s town hall announcement.

“There have been many moments to celebrate and many opportunities for us to grow in the world of remote learning. As we head into June, I wanted to share some updates.”

To join the town hall, visit zoom.us/j/98387769429 or call 253-215- 8782 and, when prompted, use the webinar ID 983 8776 9429.

The town hall will offer an opportunity for community members to share ideas and concerns and ask questions.

The town hall is limited to 1,000 attendees, but the district will make its presentation — as well as answers to participants’ questions — available on the Camas School District website and will have the recorded session available on its YouTube channel.
