The Downtown Camas Association (DCA) has announced the return of its first big, in-person, community event since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.

The DCA will host the Vintage & Art Faire in downtown Camas from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28.

“We are over the moon excited to be bringing this back to the community,” said DCA Executive Director Carrie Schulstad in an email announcing the event.

The event will feature more than 60 vintage and local art vendors selling everything from home and garden items and outdoor furniture to clothing, handmade jewelry and repurposed art.

The event will also feature live music by jazz guitarist Bret Malmquist from 10 a.m. to noon, and the French-influenced Carol Rossio Jazz Trio from 12:30 to 3 p.m. on Aug. 28.
