Summer Concerts in the Park series returns to Camas on July 7

Concerts will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday in July at Crown Park

For the 28th year, Camas Parks and Recreation is set to host the popular Summer Concerts in the Park series in Crown Park. This free concert series offers family friendly performances in a variety of musical styles.

The free Summer Concerts in the Park will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday in July at Crown Park, 120 N.E. 17th Ave.

CJ Mickens kicks off the 2022 Summer Concerts in the Park on Thursday, July 7, with his iconic pop-urban-contemporary music style.  

The 4 Kings will bring soul-jazz grooves to Crown Park on July 14. Kevin Selfe & The Tornadoes bring their award-winning blues music to the stage on July 21.

Shades of Huey, a well-known Huey Lewis and the News cover band, will wrap up this year’s summer concerts on July 28.

Food concessions will not be available this year, but concertgoers can support local restaurants by purchasing take-out meals from a variety of downtown Camas restaurants or from Top Burger, located across the street from the park.  Picnic dinners are always welcome. 

The free Summer Concerts in the Park series is coordinated by Camas Parks and Recreation and supported by sponsorships from Riverview Community Bank and the Camas Parks Foundation.  

Alcohol, dogs and other animals are not allowed in the park.
