Lack of rain, fire danger prompt burn ban in Camas-Washougal

Camas-Washougal Fire Department’s Fire Chief Cliff Free and Fire Marshal Ron Schumacher have issued a recreational burn ban in the cities of Camas and Washougal this week, due to dry conditions from lack of rainfall and the inherent fire danger.

All outdoor fires using wood fuel are prohibited.
