Republican state legislators from the 17th District — Sen. Lynda Wilson (center), Rep. Paul Harris (right) and Rep. Kevin Waters (left) — will host two town hall meetings Saturday, March 18, 2023, to discuss the ongoing 2023 legislative session.

State legislators from the 17th District — Sen. Lynda Wilson (R-Vancouver), Rep. Paul Harris (R-Vancouver) and Rep. Kevin Waters (R-Stevenson) — will host two town hall meetings this weekend to discuss the ongoing 2023 legislative session.

“There’s a lot of news to share from the first half of the session, and a lot of new people to meet because the boundaries of the district recently changed,” said Wilson. “I appreciate it so much when our constituents take time to come and discuss the issues and share their concerns, because it helps us to better represent their views at the Capitol.”

The first meeting will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, at the Port of Camas-Washougal, 24 S. “A” St., Washougal. The second town hall will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 18, at the Exhibit Hall of the Fairgrounds, 710 S.W. Rock Creek Dr., Stevenson.

The public is invited to attend the town hall meetings.

The 2023 legislative session is scheduled to end April 23.
