Latest News, Life, News The Community Garden Club of Camas-Washougal is returning Parker’s Landing Historic Park in Washougal for the first time since 1999.
Susan Tripp will present information about the Garden Club’s history of service at the park and launch a “new, dedicated team that will continue the club’s important history in the park” at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, at the Camas Community Center.
“(I’m) happy to help kick off the return of a Garden Club team to the park after almost 25 years,” Tripp said.
The Garden Club is a Washougal-based nonprofit organization that shares knowledge about gardening and the environment with local residents through a variety of events, including plant sales, field trips, community service and philanthropy opportunities, presentations, and more.
