The two-day Little Art Camas event has returned, and will celebrate local artists Friday and Saturday, March 22-23, in downtown Camas.

The community exhibition of original, small-scale artwork created by local artists will be available to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 22, and from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at Fuel Medical, 314 N.E. Birch St., Camas.

Artists of all ages and skill levels have created three “little” panels to showcase at the event. All sales benefit downtown Camas public art efforts.

The event will have music, drinks, goodies, art demonstrations and a silent art auction on Friday, March 22.

The Downtown Camas Association said the event “celebrates local art, providing artists a place to showcase their creativity and making art accessible to all.”

Local musician Bret Malmquist will provide live music during the event.

Tickets to the event cost $5 at the door and are good for both Friday and Saturday. Children younger than 12 can attend for free.

Each art piece is priced at $20 and supports public art in downtown Camas. Purchased art to be picked up after the show. Buyers can purchase up to five art pieces each day of the event.
