Washougal Christmas event Dec. 4

The city of Washougal’s annual Lighted Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting event will be held on Dec. 4 in downtown Washougal.

Festivities will begin at 5 p.m. in Reflection Plaza with musical performances by the Washougal High School Band and an appearance from Santa Claus, who will hand out candy canes and be available for photos.

The parade will begin at 6 p.m., immediately followed by a tree-lighting ceremony and caroling led by the Washougal High School choir. Complimentary cookies and hot cocoa will be served.
