The Camas Public Library will hold its annual Haunted Happenings event from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 25.
People of all ages are invited to participate in the free, two-hour event. No registration is required. Activities include crafts, “Boo Bingo,” scary stories, a haunted library, a preschool Skeleton Stroll, a search for a limited-edition Reading Dragons “Where’s Waldo?,” book, and a puppet show.
“The community is in for a treat with an array of activities designed for all ages,” library director Connie Urquhart said in a news release. “Whether you’re looking for a classic scare in the Haunted Library or for festive crafts, this year’s celebration is set to be a fantastic blend of bewitching fun.”
The library will close at 4 p.m. in preparation for the event. The Haunted Library is recommended for older school-aged children and teenagers. Costumes and flashlights are encouraged for all ages.
