Camas Car Show postponed to Sept. 12

The 2026 Camas Car Show, originally scheduled for Saturday, June 27 was postponed to Saturday, Sept. 12, due to rainy weather.

Organizers said on the event’s website that it is only the second time in the show’s 19-year history that the annual event has been delayed because of rain, and that many classic car owners avoid driving their vehicles in wet weather, making a postponement the best option.

The free event features hundreds of classic and custom cars and trucks displayed throughout downtown Camas. Spectators can vote for their favorite vehicles in the People’s Choice and Kids’ Choice contests and enjoy live music, raffles, balloon art, children’s activities and a dance performance by Virtuosity Performing Arts Studio.

Vehicle registration is $20 and no preregistration is required. Awards will be presented in categories including Best in Show, Best Muscle Car, Top Truck and People’s Choice. The Best in Show winner will be featured on next year’s Camas Car Show promotional materials.
