Soccer is a game of transition. And the transition into the 2026 season was a bumpy one for the Camas girls soccer team.
“I think the early games didn’t go our way, but we played well,” first-year coach Jeff Lukowiak said. “It was just a case of finishing, trying to get the ball into the back of the net. And trusting each other as teammates. We have a very young team. A new system that I brought in. It’s a change from a new coach.”
