A judge has dismissed criminal charges against a Camas man who drove his pickup into a father and son, killing them, last year in east Vancouver.

James H. Paulson, 74, had earlier been found incompetent to stand trial. On July 9, Clark County Superior Court Judge Suzan Clark dismissed charges of vehicular homicide, reckless driving and driving while under the influence against Paulson without prejudice, which means prosecutors can file again at a later time.
