CHS volleyball hosts district championship
After locking up the league title, the Camas volleyball team will host the district championship match Wednesday. "It's a good accomplishment for the girls, but they're always looking ahead," said head coach Julie Nidick. "Ultimately, their goal is to get back to state. But you can never overlook and opponent or a step in the process. That's when an upset can happen." The Papermakers are going to the bi-district tournament Friday and Saturday, at Kentwood High School, but they want that number-one seed. That takes a win Wednesday.
