RANDI LANE PRINCE

July 2, 1956 ~ July 19, 2026

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Randi Lane Prince (Wilson) of Washougal, who passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026, at the age of 70, surrounded by her family. After a diagnosis of cancer weeks earlier, her illness progressed rapidly, taking her too soon.

Born on July 2, 1956, to Oral and Shirley Wilson, Randi was a lifelong Washougal resident. On April 10, 1976, she married Todd Prince and they raised five children.

Growing up a second-generation participant in 4-H and horse showmanship, she passed this on to her children and grandchildren, establishing a four-generation legacy in Skamania County 4-H. She loved baking bread, canning, making cookies, and sharing food with everyone. Her generosity knew no bounds.

Family was the greatest joy of Randi’s life. She rarely missed an event or milestone for her children and grandchildren. Whether coaching, cheering, driving the bus, or showing up, Randi believed that the best way to love people was to be present.

This dedication guided her nearly 40 years at Washougal School District. Best known as a beloved bus driver, she also served in many other roles in the district Though she never got to retire, she leaves behind a legacy of advocacy and service.

Randi is survived by her husband of 50 years, Todd; her children, Sarah Callaghan (Sean), Rachel Prince (Justin Pearce), Seth Prince (Nicole), Megan Lambert (Travis), and Perri Prince (Devin Ochs); her ten beloved grandchildren, Troy (Kira), Sunni, Cadence, Lane, Cian, Rowan, Lincoln, Elliot, Weslan, and Eamon; her siblings and extended family; and her cherished cocker spaniels.

All are welcome to attend a Celebration of life on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Washougal High School Auditorium, with a gathering afterward to visit and share stories. People can contribute memories using the QR code.
