Donna Jean Crandall

Donna Jean Crandall

February 11, 1931 ~ July 30, 2019

Jean was born in Seattle, WA, to Harold and Velma Jerome. As a young child, she spent much of her childhood with her Grandma and Grandpa Watson.

She met her husband, Delbert Crandall, in 1947 at a barn dance and they were married on July 17, 1948.

She loved traveling around the country with Del. In the beginning, it was on motorcycles and later on with their truck and 5th wheel.

She enjoyed bowling, bingo and going to dances. She crocheted slippers for her family and friends along with blankets, baby blankets plus all kinds of artsy things throughout her life.

When Del retired from the Camas paper mill, Jean and Del settled in Pahrump, NV. Together they went on many cruises and to their favorite destination, Hawaii, many times.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents. Husband Del passed away one year earlier on August 1, 2018.

She is survived by her sons, Earl Crandall (Camas) and Roger Crandall (Vancouver); daughter, Cherrie Davis (Washougal); along with eight grandkids, three great-grandkids, and one great-great-grandson plus her faithful dog, Peanuts.

Jean will be remembered for her love of animals, the desert and friends that she met along life’s journey.
