Grayson Michael Kennedy

January 24, 2006 ~ December 14, 2021
With deepest sorrow we announce Grayson Kennedy, 15, passed away unexpectedly, the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2021.
He is survived by his mother, Hollee; sister, Savannah; brothers, Kameron, Nathan and Tyler; and the love of his young life, Monica Giudicessi.
Grayson was the sweetest grandson to Susan Morgan Harmon and Paul Harmon.
He was also a loving nephew to Leanne and Bronk Williams, Christopher Scott and Kelsey Penhale, Cole Gibson and Julie Paetow. His first cousins are: Kristina Manchego, Nicholas, Devin, and Vanessa Scott, Morgan and Abigail Williams and Rory Penhale.
Grayson was a beloved part of a large family, including his great aunts and uncles; Don and Sue Morgan, Annie and Guy Hughes and Carol Morgan. He was loved and adored by many more aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
We know that Grayson is now with his father, Troy Robert Kennedy; his great-grandparents, Clarence and Ellen Morgan; and his Auntie Boe Boe (Rebecca Ann Richards); and is loved here on Earth as well as in heaven.
Grayson was a compassionate, sweet kid who loved to be funny. He had the best smile that could just light up your soul. He loved fishing at the lake and riding his quad at Jones Creek or around the property. Grayson was well known in the community as: a Camas High School sophomore, a lineman on the JV football team, a part of the Young Life Ministry program and a camp counselor at Royal Ridges Retreat. He was a junior black belt in Krav Maga and spent many years playing baseball with Camas Little League and football through CCYF. Gray was learning to do woodworking in the shop on his lathe. His favorite thing at camp was to work with the horses, and he excelled at it.
Grayson had many nicknames. He was often called Grace by his mom, Bubba from his sister and Big Man, Gentle Giant or Beast from friends and family. He was charismatic, outgoing and goofy. He was a friend to all, especially the underdog.
Grayson was loved by many and will be greatly missed. The void that is left from his passing in our family and our community is enormous. Services for Grayson will be held on Sunday, Jan. 9, at 11 a.m. at Camas High School and open to the public. All County Cremation & Burial Services are handling the service, 360-718-7948.
