Wilton R. Koehler Wilton Russell Koehler died on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at Baldwin Healthcare & Rehabilitation, in Baldwin City, Kansas. He was 87. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 12, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Kansas.
