Celebrations 
Anna Benson and Kurt Hill, both of Washougal, have announced their plans to be married Aug. 13, 2011, at Woodard Creek Landing in Skamania.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Debbie Benson and Dennis Hannah. She will graduate from the Willamette University College of Law in May.
The groom-to-be is the son of Margaret and Richard Hill. He is captain of the Dredge New York with Great Lakes Dredge and Co.
