Celebrations 
Charlotte Ruth Brooks of Wenatchee, Wash., and Jordan James Brown, of Camas, have announced their plans to be married Nov. 5, 2011, at the Northstar Ballroom in Portland.
The bride-to-be graduated from Wenatchee High School and Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. She currently works as a barista at Starbucks. She is the daughter of Daniel and Loretta Brooks.
The groom-to-be graduated from Camas High School and attended Central Washington University. He currently works as a sales associate at The UPS Store in Battle Ground. He is the son of Michael and Wendy Brown.
