Gary and LaVonne Horton, of Camas, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 25, 2011, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the Washougal Community Center, 1681 “C” St.
The couple was married June 14, 1961, in Antioch, Calif. Gary is retired after working at the Camas paper mill for 29 years. LaVonne is a retired after working at the Washougal Barber Shop and as a homemaker.
They have four children, Lisa Bruley, Julie Hendrickson, Douglas Horton and Clark Horton; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
