He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces.
He joins a brother, Leon, at home.
Grandparents are Cyndi Manning, and Rick and Robin Becerra, all of Washougal, and Richard Manning of Newberg, Ore.
Great-grandparents are Helen Johnson of Washougal and Brenda Leggett of Bremerton, Wash.
