Elisabeth Balarie and Taylor Andrew Heberling have announced their plans to be married in April 2012 in an outdoor ceremony in Sacramento, Calif. A reception will be held in Camas in May.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Cornel and Victoria Balarie of Elk Grove, Calif. She graduated from Sacramento State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She is currently attending Sacramento City College where she is enrolled in the occupational therapist/assistant program. She will earn a certified degree by fall 2013.
