Celebrations 
Gilmer
Darrel and Shirley (Beauchamp) Gilmer recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
They were married Sept. 6, 1952, at St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Camas. Darrel worked as a production planning supervisor until his retirement after 26 years, while Shirley was a housewife.
They are members of Orchard Hills Golf and Country Club and Zion Lutheran Church. Darrel served for 25 years as a Camas volunteer firefighter.
They have three children, Kim Gilmer of Washougal, Karen (Gilmer) Welinski and her husband John of Camas, and Todd Gilmer and his wife Barb of Bothell, Wash.; and four grandchildren.
The couple plan to celebrate their anniversary during a family gathering at the Cave Beach Lodge on the Oregon Coast.
