Hearth Wood Oven Bistro, in Washougal, will celebrate third anniversary

The owner of Hearth Wood Oven Bistro is preparing for his restaurant’s third anniversary.

David Garcia will offer some special menu items Friday and Saturday, from 4 to 9 p.m. They include Osso Bucco (a slow roasted pork shank) and pan fried sea scallops.
