Jessica Lynn Russau and James William Heberling have announced their plans to be married in July 2015, in an outdoor ceremony in Ridgefield.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dan and Mandy Russau of Damascus, Ore. She graduated from Damascus Christian High School in 2009, and from Clackamas Community College in 2011. She attended Warner Pacific College in 2012, and Moody Bible Institute in 2013. She has spent time on mission outreaches in the Dominican Republic and has worked in Montana and Colorado. Currently, she is working for Scientific Instruments Service and Repair, a family owned and operated business.

The groom-to-be is the son of Bob and Becky Heberling of Camas. He is a 2010 graduate of River HomeLink and 2011 graduate of Clark College. In 2014, he graduated from Central Washington University magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in special education. He is currently employed by the Longview School District as a middle school instructor.

The couple met in the fall of 2014 on a blind date.

They will reside in Longview.
