Odyssey Middle and Discovery High schools in Camas are hosting a “sock campaign” to help raise funds for the project-based learning schools and the community.

For every pair of socks sold through the We Help Two “Funky Socks” campaign, the schools’ will receive money for student projects and field trips like the trip Discovery ninth-graders recently took to attend a city visioning workshop for Camas’ North Shore development plans.

For every two pairs of socks sold, We Help Two will donate a pair of socks for the schools’ parent-teacher organization to donate to those in need in the Camas community.

The schools’ fundraising goal is to sell 200 pairs of socks and donate 100 pairs to the community. Currently, they are about 60 pairs of socks shy of their goal.

Order by Dec. 20 to have the socks shipped to your home. Socks are available in a variety of styles, sizes and fun patterns. To order, or for more information, visit odysseydiscoverypto.org/sock-drive or go.wehelptwo.com/campaign/?campaignid=4275.
