‘S’more Stories’ returns to Crown Park July 29

Camas Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with the Camas Public Library are combining s’mores and stories for a fun, free event under the stars.

The ‘S’more Stories’ event will begin at 8:15 p.m., followed by story time at 9 p.m., on Friday, July 29, at Crown Park, 120 N.E. 17th Ave., Camas. The story time event under the stars will take place near the park’s covered shelter.

Participants should feel free to wear pajamas and bring blankets, pillows and sleeping bags — or whatever they need to keep cozy for the hour. All youth ages are welcome, but stories will be catered to ages 12 and younger. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

S’mores will be available to the first 200 attendees, or while supplies last. Please note, dogs and other animals are not allowed in Crown Park.
